Am I able to have my dog at the property?


Pets are welcomed for ceremonies and visits but the accommodation is not pet friendly. Next however a pet friendly villa is available for let alternatively we recommend the services of a doggy chaperone or pet sitter.




What is the capacity of the property for events?


We recommend a maximum of 200 guests for a cocktail function or 150 for a seated dinner. This is however variable depending on your set-up and floorplan.




Is someone from the Waverley Estate team there to assist us on the day?


Waverley Estate is a dry hire venue meaning it is hired as a space only. Should you wish to have the support of a staff member to assist you in booking and coordinating your suppliers we recommend you engage the services of an Event Planner or On the Day Coordinator.




What time does our function need to conclude?


All music and bar services must conclude by 11.30pm with all guests not staying in the accommodation required to depart prior to 12.00am. Due to past issues which negatively impacted our neighbours a bond is in place to ensure this occurs per our terms and conditions.




Does the price change if we were to only have our reception at the property?


You are most welcome to look towards the beach, local church or perhaps even the Soldiers Memorial Gardens for alternative ceremony locations. The pricing of the venue hire however doesn't vary with your decision to do so.
